WE'RE IN YOUR CORNER

You drive the miles. You deserve the facts.

Good trucking jobs start with straight answers—not vague promises. Here's what LaneBound stands for, and what we ask of the companies whose jobs we publish.

PAY CLARITY

Show the real pay structure.

We'll ask carriers to explain whether pay is per mile, hourly, percentage, daily or salary, and provide a realistic employer-supplied range where available. Bonuses, deductions and guarantees should be distinguished from base compensation.

We do not independently certify that a rate is “fair,” or guarantee take-home pay.

YOUR TIME

Home time shouldn't be a surprise.

Local, regional or OTR matters. We encourage carriers to spell out time on the road, expected time at home and relevant scheduling conditions before a driver commits.

NO DRIVER FEES

Your search is free.

LaneBound doesn't charge CDL drivers to search, apply or be introduced for our listed opportunities. Commercial recruiting fees, where applicable, are separately agreed with trucking companies.

YOU CONTROL THE NEXT STEP

No forced referrals.

We use your information to process the opportunity you apply for, subject to our privacy notice. We seek additional permission where required before sharing your information with other prospective employers.

What we check—and what we don't.

We review job postings and carrier information before publishing, but employer circumstances can change and LaneBound isn't the carrier. Drivers should confirm final compensation, deductions, employment classification, equipment, benefits and home-time terms directly with the hiring company, preferably in writing.
